The San Diego Report
By Kevin Gagne
March 15, 2010
San Diego, CA - San Diego is off to a great start, one that management never expected. But frustration from management, and fans over the bad luck of the injury bug that has stowed upon the clubs pitching staff."What the hell?"was the response too the resent injuries from Kevin Gagne."How can you lose 3 starters in three games, and all of them for most of the season.Kol-in-sen 2 to 3 months,Jose Cruz 7 to 8 months, and our closer Jean Simard 6 to 7 weeks. On top of that our ace is day to day with an injury.I understand that injuries are part of the game but wow.....this is unreal..."replied Kevin.
The team is off to a great start, but with these resent injuries, management will bring guys up from the minors and will continue to move forward."Its unfortunate" replied Kevin "but we have to stay positive....management has done a great job so far through injuries, and a team that has played higher then expectations so far.We have some big games coming up in the next few days, and we have to stay focused, and stick too the game plan".
A fustrated Kevin Gagne left the conference area, but told reporters off camara that this team has played well and that they will continue too work as a team and work the system they have in place, and win as many as we can.He hopes that the rest of the line up can stay healthy.
